Project Overview
Material Design Scope
The Tsubaki Tower is a premier luxury hotel located at the highest point of Tumon Bay, Guam. The project represents a refined blend of contemporary architecture and cultural influence, integrating elements of Chamorro heritage with Japanese-inspired hospitality.
The project involved the supply and integration of multiple architectural and building material systems across façade, interior, and specialty applications.
The Window and door required coordination between aesthetic design, structural performance, and safety compliance to meet the standards of Windborne-Debris Impact Resistance pass missile-impact and cyclic-pressure tests when tested according to ASTM E 1886 and testing information in ASTM E 1996 for Wind Zone 4.
