Project Overview
Leo Palace Resort is a large-scale integrated resort development in Guam, originally established by a major Japanese corporation, featuring hospitality, residential, and recreational facilities.
CBM participated in selected renovation and upgrade works, focusing on improving functional performance and user experience within existing structures.
Our scope included the replacement of ground-floor window systems and automatic entrance doors at windbreak vestibules.

CBM’s involvement in Leo Palace Resort focused on targeted renovation works—replacing aging window systems and supplying integrated automatic door solutions for windbreak vestibules, with the goal of improving building envelope performance and enhancing the guest arrival experience.
Compliance & Testing
Systems selected and engineered with the specific goal of improving functional performance within the existing resort structure—addressing air tightness, water penetration, and operational reliability.
All window and door systems were specified with Guam's marine coastal environment in mind—incorporating corrosion-resistant materials and surface treatments for long-term performance.
Automatic entrance door systems at windbreak vestibules were designed to improve the resort arrival experience—reducing energy loss, improving thermal comfort, and providing seamless access control.
